I set up a distribution list alrready, but is there a way to send a message to a whole list and not allow them to know you are sending the message to other people besides using the BCC field?

BCC is the only way I know without an add-on program. You put your distribution list in the BCC field. Everyone will have the effect of being the only recipient and if a recipient clicks on reply to all it only comes back to those names in the To.. and the CC... field.

Thanks for the reply! The Problem is with that though is that when sending to a BCC recipient, it comes in with no addressee.

i think your going to have to get a mass email program. outlook doesnt really want you doing that sending out mass emails mainly because that is most likely spamming. IF you send out a mass email to aol email addresses through outlook they will not get the email for some reason i dont know
